In 2009, we had organized the team to start the construction work, and our focus and strength is on Islamic design.

Construction of Buildings

SINT is using professional team to construct private residential and commercial buildings, pomp rooms and RCC tanks and government buildings.

Islamic Decoration

SINT is using Moroccan and Iranian team for Islamic Design and using the unique and customized materials as per clients requirement.

Renovation of OLD Castle and Fort

SINT started this division by supplying the manpower in different categories to Ministry of Heritage. Our manpower under training of Ministry, European, Moroccan and other experts have been trained and were serving Oman in rehabilitating castle and forts from 2009 till date.

Supplying the Specific materials

SINT has capability with their experts to source & supply some materials to the market from the region with the same method of old style and manufacture the customized items .

Renovation of OLD Castle and Fort

SINT OVERSEAS L.L.C, was doing the Islamic design and decertation find that, he can serve Oman for renovation of the Old building with his expert team. Therefore, started serving the Ministry of Heritage from 2010 in Aswad Castle in Shinas, with Manpower supply. We are engaging the professionals from different country to supervise the work and train our staff also.

Our team were supervised by Ministry of Heritage experts and after successful completion of three projects and by confirming our capability to

handle the project, Ministry grant us some project for renovation.

We had engaged the Moroccan team (almost 6 people) for our Aswad – Shinas and Aslif – Ibri renovation work and brought an Iranian engineer for Musanah and Sadah fort.

We are trying to find the customized materials and handmaid which will help the tourist to understand the culture of Oman.

Manpower Supply for Renovation

We had projects to supply the professional manpower for renovation of the Castles, during 2010 till 2016. We had completed three major castles in Shinas, Ibri and Dima-wataeen during this period, our professional were from Morocco, and India, whom were working under supervisory of ministry experts.

In these projects; we were using almost 6 Morocon , 15-20 Indian and 6 Omanis and was trying to train the team to be ready for another projects.

We have done maintenance for entire castle. All walls and gates were maintained and rebuilt by our experts under Ministry supervisory.

The boundary wall were partially callops. We repair the boundary wall by natural stone and Sarouj blocks and then plastered entire walls.

The entire building which were near to the boundary wall were damaged; therefore, we maintain the walls, roof and re-plaster entire buildings.

There were some damages on the wall and building, therefore, we had maintained the project with our expert team under supervisory of Ministry experts.

Projects

After several years working and trading out staff. Finally we grant clients trust and they award us some project which we execute as per the standards and looking like the old style, by using the Professionals from aboard.

Renovation of Sadah Castle in Salalah

Almost half of the castle was collapsed and it was hold by scaffold, At this stage the project was awarded to renovate the castle.

We started by supporting the castle to avoid further damages, collapsed area was fully demolished and re-constructed from foundation and the rest of the building was completely repaired as per approved method from ministry.

Finally; we installed all the electromechanical items such as lights, LCP, main panel, AC and plumping work as well.
