Brief scope of work :
MOD publish a tender to lay a pipe and feed the camp with PAEW network. Therefore, the scope of work was included to 20km DI, DN300mm pipe with intermediate tank and pumps, the pipeline should cross GAS and OIL pipeline, Roads, Wadies and etc.
Main component :
45 lit/s Pumps @128m (1+1+1) with VFD
Surge Vessels – 9m3 with compressor and 4.5m3 vented surge vessel.
Supply and laying DN300mm, DI pipe PN16
Construction of
* 432m3 RCC tank
* Pump room with crane
* Operation room
* Boundary wall
* 600mm Boring in 5 places, asphalt cutting, wadies, OGC & PDO pipeline crossing and etc.
* Washout 4 Nos. Air Valve 19 Nos., Gate Valve 6 Nos.,
Main mechanical items: Solenoid Valve 2 Nos., Electro-magnetic flow meter.
Instrument: SCADA system, Integration at Nizwa, Adam & Al-Khude MPS.
Electrical & Fire: complete electrical work for entire building including, FP, MFP, Lighting, earthing, LCP and Fire alarm and faithing system.
